RETURN OF STOCK
You have the right to return the goods purchased from the online store GEOHAID within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods. If you are not satisfied with the product you purchased you can get your money back quickly and easily. Here are the steps on how to do that:
Let us know by emailing geohide@geohide.com or calling 088 550 2000. A standard form for exercising the right of withdrawal can be found on the CPC website. To process your return request as quickly as possible, we will need:
a) Your name and contact telephone number
b) The number and date of your order and the name of the product you wish to return, if there are several products please list them all.
c) IBAN number of the bank account to which you wish to receive the amount.

The cost of returning the product must be paid by the customer. A copy of the invoice and/or receipt for the specific product must be included in the shipment. The goods you are returning must be in their original packaging with tags intact, in the same condition and accessories with which they were delivered. No products will be accepted that have been damaged by you, those with damaged or incomplete packaging, signs of wear or excessive use, scratches, impact marks (e.g. but not limited to mechanical/electrical shocks).
You will receive the amount by bank transfer within 14 days from the date of acceptance of the returned products. Once we have accepted the product you have sent us and we are satisfied that it is eligible for return, we will email or telephone you to advise you of the status of the return.
