Available in 1m and 2m invar lath variants
Developed specifically for TOPCON and SOKKIA, the new range of laths incorporates RAB barcode technology allowing the leveller to ‘sense’ if the lath is in the normal position and enables the ‘rock and read’ function.
The engraving of the new invar laths is done with a controlled laser beam, which ensures high accuracy and a more contrast image. The random errors for these lats are less than ±0.005 mm.
Characteristics:
– The body of the lath is made of hard aluminium with an anodized coating
– The graduated side is coated with yellow lacquer, protected with 0.1 mm polyester
Coverage
– Invar tape lying in a protective channel
– The tape is tensioned with a soft spring compensating the expansion coefficient
of the lath profile
– Expansion ratio: < 1.5×10-6
– A round libella is installed
– Chrome plated. The steel elements are nickel plated
