The principle of online shopping is similar to shopping in a regular store. A basket is used in which products are added. At any time, the buyer can change the number of products in his basket, as well as add new ones or delete those he decides are unnecessary.
HOW DO I REGISTER TO GET A USERNAME AND PASSWORD?
1. To purchase goods from geohide.com you need to register as a customer. Registration is done once, after which you can make purchases an unlimited number of times as a registered User. To do this, fill in all the required information correctly in all the fields of the registration form by following the instructions therein.
2. After registration, the User receives a username (in case it is not used by an already registered user) and password to access all services of geohide.com.
3. In case of loss (forgetting) of the password and an explicit request by the User, geohide.com will automatically send an e-mail message containing the registered username and password to the e-mail address provided by the User during the registration process.
HOW DO I FIND THE PRODUCT I WANT?
1. There are two ways to reach the type of product you are looking for:
- through the two main product sections: measuring instruments and optical instruments
- by typing the name of the given model in the search box, which is located on the top right
2. Once a product is selected, it is desirable to look at the various specifications attached to it before adding it to the cart. To do this, click on the title or picture of the product to open a page with its full specification. 3. Next, click on the "add" button. In this action, the product is transferred to the basket which is positioned visibly to the far right. There is an option to show and hide the contents of the basket after clicking on it.
HOW DO I PURCHASE THE PRODUCTS IN MY BASKET?
1. Click the "buy" button.
* products that are in the cart can be adjusted, deleted and replaced throughout the shopping process.
2. After clicking the "buy" button, a page with the following content opens:
Choice of payment method: payment on delivery, bank transfer
Description of delivery conditions
Form for entry of delivery address
Invoice data entry form
After filling in all the required data, click the "BUY" button at the bottom of the screen again.
3. Prices and method of payment:
1.The prices of individual goods and services are per unit, per piece.
2.All prices are inclusive of VAT, in Bulgarian leva.
3.The cost of delivery is not included in the quoted price, with the exception of promotions for free delivery and deliveries of more than 100.00 /one hundred/leva.
4. In case of payment by bank: if the required information from step 2 is filled in correctly, the message "Your order No. "xxxxxxxxxx" has been successfully accepted" is displayed.
Viewing the order and printing the proforma can be done from the "your orders" page, which is located in the user menu at the top of the screen. Also, information regarding the order is sent to your email automatically after step 2. An operator is expected to contact you regarding delivery details.
5. Payment by cash on delivery courierIf the required information from step 2 is filled in correctly, a message will appear "Your order No. "xxxxxxxxxx" has been successfully accepted".The order can be viewed from the "your orders" page, which is located in the user menu at the top of the screen. Also, information regarding the placed order is automatically emailed to you upon completion of step 2. An operator is expected to contact you regarding delivery details. The price of the order and delivery costs are paid in cash to the courier.
